Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients

Vegetable oil -- 0.25 cup

Potato, Yukon gold, quartered or diced 1/2" -- 8 cup

Onion, Yellow, diced 1/4" -- 2 cup

Red bell pepper, diced 1/2" -- 2 cup

Minor's Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 1 pound -- 6 tsp

Parsley, fresh -- 2 tbsp
Preparation

1Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes, taking care to color each side.

2When potatoes are golden brown, add the salt, onions, Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate, and peppers. Sauté until potatoes are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

3Toss with parsley before serving.
