Why isn’t the NESCAFÉ Bean-To-Cup Coffee Machine dispensing milk and/or chocolate? You may have a blockage. Remove and clean the blue mixing bowls. See STEP 7 in the WEEKLY CLEANING: STEP-BY-STEP. Also make sure that there is milk and/or chocolate powder in the right canisters.
