Preparation
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
RETHERMALIZER: Place pouch in boiling water. Rotate several times during cooking. Carefully remove using tongs. If frozen 0°F, cook 27-30 minutes; if thawed 40°F or less, cook 14-15 minutes.
LOW PRESSURE STEAMER:, 5-7lb PSI: Place pouch on a perforated steamtable pan. Carefully remove using tongs. If frozen 0°F cook 27-30 minutes; if thawed 40° or less, cook 14-15 minutes.
MICROWAVE OVEN (1100 Watt) - Pour 8 oz of thawed product into a microwave-safe container; cover loosely. Stir during cooking. If thawed, cook 8 oz on high power 1½-2 minutes.
