- Suggested uses: Soups, Sauces, Rubs, Marinades and Salads. To make a recipe-ready stock, add base to water and stir: 1lb base + 4 gallons water, 5lbs base + 20 gallons water, 25lbs base + 100 gallons water.
- Ready-to-eat. Use in hot and cold dishes without cooking. Refrigerate for optimum flavor.

Suggestions
Base enhances flavor in Lobster Thermidor, Newburg, bisque and pasta sauces. Great when combined with salt-free butter for dipping sauce. Mix into lobster dip for a boost in flavor and serve with crudites.
