  • Oil, neutral -- 2 Tbsp
  • Chef-mate Corned Beef Hash -- ¾ cup
  • Pizza crust, 12 inch -- 1 each
  • Thousand Island dressing -- ½ cup
  • Sauerkraut -- ½ cup
  • Cheese, shredded, Swiss -- ¾ cup

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

    Add in corned beef hash and cook until browned and crispy, breaking up the product as it cooks. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a paper towel lined plate and set aside.
