White Cheddar Harvest Bowl
Ingredients

Turnips, peeled, sliced -- 20 oz

Butternut squash, peeled, sliced -- 20 oz

Broccoli, stemmed cut into medium florets -- 20 oz

Onion, peeled, quartered -- 20 oz

Olive oil -- 1 2/3 cup

Stouffer's White Cheddar Mac & Cheese - hot -- 60 oz
Preparation

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Toss turnip, squash, broccoli and onion in olive oil. Arrange in single layer on sprayed sheet pan.

3Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes.

4To Serve: Place 8 oz of roasted vegetables in bowl and top with 6 oz Stouffer's White Cheddar Mac & Cheese. Garnish with fresh herbs.
