Maggi Seasoning -- 1 tbsp

Rice vinegar -- 1 tbsp

Mirin -- 1 tbsp

Oil, sesame, salad or cooking -- 1 tsp

Ginger, minced, grated -- 1 tsp

Tofu, Yube (tofu skin), fresh, cut into strips, cooked and cooled, 2 cups -- 8 oz

Seaweed, wakame, raw, 1/2 cup -- 2.5 oz

Celery, shaved, 1/2 cup -- 1.25 oz

Spinach, fresh, chiffonade -- 1 oz

Carrot, shaved, 1/4 cup -- 0.5 oz

Long green onion, shaved, 1/4 cup -- 0.25 oz

White sesame seeds, toasted -- 1 tsp
Preparation

1Whisk together Maggi Seasoning, rice vinegar, mirin, sesame oil and ginger into a dressing.

2Add yuba, seaweed, celery, spinach, carrots, green onions and toasted sesame seed into salad dressing.
