Corn kernels -- 2 Tbsp

Chili powder -- 1/2 tsp

1 Tbsp Mayonnaise -- 1 Tbsp

Cotija cheese -- 1 tsp

Stouffer’s Stuffed Peppers, cooked, hot -- 1 ea
Preparation

1Quickly sauté corn with chili powder.

2In mixing bowl, stir together sautéed corn, mayonnaise, and Cotija.

3Place Stuffed Pepper and sauce on plate.

4Top pepper with corn mixture.
Serving Suggestion/Variation
Top with additional Cotija cheese and garnish with chopped cilantro and lime juice.
