Minor's Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate -- 2 Tbsp

Canadian bacon, sliced -- 20 ea

English muffin, halved, toasted -- 20 ea

Eggs, poached -- 20 ea
Preparation

1Whisk together Hollandaise and Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate until fully incorporated.

2To build, place a piece of Canadian bacon on top of each half of English muffin, followed by a poached egg, then top with the Tikka Masala Hollandaise.
