  • Minor's Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate -- 2 Tbsp
  • Canadian bacon, sliced -- 20 ea
  • English muffin, halved, toasted -- 20 ea
  • Eggs, poached -- 20 ea

    Whisk together Hollandaise and Masala Curry Flavor Concentrate until fully incorporated.

    To build, place a piece of Canadian bacon on top of each half of English muffin, followed by a poached egg, then top with the Tikka Masala Hollandaise.
