Vegetable Lo Mein
Ingredients

Sesame seed oil -- 2 tsp

Vegetable oil, blended -- 2 tsp

Onions, sweet, raw, Julienne (1/2 cup) -- 2 oz

Garlic, cloves, fresh, minced -- 1 tbsp

Scallions, sliced (1/4 cup) -- 0.64 oz

Celery, julienne (1/2 cup) -- 3 oz
-
Carrots, raw, julienne (1 cup) -- 4 oz

Cabbage, raw, fine shredded (1 cup) -- 4 oz

Peas, green, frozen, (1/2 cup) -- 2 oz

Chinese noodle, cooked, hot -- 1 qt

Light soy sauce -- 1.5 tsp

Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces -- 1.5 tsp
Preparation

1Add sesame oil and vegetable oil to pan over high heat.

2Add onions, garlic, and Scallions. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

3Add celery, carrots, cabbage and peas and saute until vegetables are al dente.

4Add noodles, soy, and Maggi Seasoning. Toss until well mixed and all ingredients are hot.
