Southeast Asian Wing Sauce and Marinade

Ingredients
  • Maggi® Seasoning -- 2 fl oz
  • Water -- 2 fl oz
  • Fish sauce -- 2 fl oz
  • Garlic cloves, minced -- 8 each
  • Granulated sugar -- 4 oz
Preparation

    Thoroughly whisk together Seasoning, water, fish sauce, garlic, and sugar in a bowl.

    Reserve half of the sauce/marinade for reducing later.
  • 3
    Use the remaining half as a marinade. Marinate protein 6–24 hours. Discard marinade.

    Heat reserved marinade on high heat until it reaches a syrup-like consistency.
  • 5
    Toss cooked protein in reduced sauce.
