Southern Slaw Dogs
Ingredients

Chef-mate Hot Dog Chili Sauce with Beef 6 x 108 ounces -- 108 oz

Cider vinegar -- 4 tsp

Granulated sugar -- 2 tsp

White pepper, ground -- 0.13 tsp

Mayonnaise -- 0.75 cup

Sour cream -- 2 tbsp

Minor's Culinary Cream 2 x 5 pounds -- 0.25 cup

Cabbage, white, or Coleslaw mix -- 1.5 lb

Barbecue sauce -- 2.5 cup

White onion -- 2.5 cup

Hot dog bun -- 80 oz

Frankfurter, beef, low fat -- 5 lb
Preparation

1Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.

2Prepare Hot Dog Chili Sauce according to label directions, hold warm for service.

3In a medium mixing bowl combine vinegar, sugar, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream and Culinary Cream. Using a wire whip mix until well blended, add cabbage or coleslaw mix and chill.

4Grill frankfurters for 4-6 minuets or until internal temperature has reached 165°F.

5To serve: Spread barbeque sauce along cut sides of bun, place hot dog in bun, top with 1/4 cup of Hot Dog Chili Sauce, sprinkle on onions and top with coleslaw.
