Stir Fried Green Beans
Ingredients

Sesame seed oil -- 1 tbsp

Garlic, minced -- 1 tbsp

Ginger root, raw, minced -- 1 tbsp

Red pepper, crushed -- 1 tsp

Yellow bell pepper, julienne -- 0.5 cup

Onions, raw, julienne -- 0.5 cup

Green bean -- 1 lb

Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces -- 2 tsp
Preparation

1Heat oil over high heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes for 1 minute or until fragrant.

2Add peppers, onions, and green beans and stir fry for 3 minutes or until green beans are cooked.

3Season with Maggi Seasoning.

4Serve as a side dish. To create a version of this dish in a Sichuan style use Maggi Seasoning and fresh chiles.
