Spicy Pork Meatballs

Pork, ground -- 2 lb

Eggs, whole, raw, fresh, beaten (3 each) -- 9 oz

Breadcrumbs, dried, (3 cups) -- 3 oz

Onion, raw, diced (1/2 cup) -- 2 oz

Cheese, Parmesan, shredded, (3/4 cup) -- 2.5 oz

Garlic, minced -- 1 Tbsp

Fennel seed, ground -- 1 tsp

Chile flakes, dry -- 1 tsp

Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces -- 1.33 Tbsp

Parsley, fresh, chopped (3/4 cup) -- 0.25 oz
Preparation

1Preheat convection oven to 375°F.

2Combine the pork, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, cheese, garlic, fennel seed, chile flakes, Maggi Seasoning and parsley in a mixing bowl.

3Roll meatballs into 2-oz. portions.

4Roast meatballs in convection oven for 12-14 minutes or until fully cooked.

5Serve with tomato sauce, if desired.
