Sweet Potato, crisp wedge cut -- 5 lbs

Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy, warmed -- 3 cups

Cheddar cheese, shredded -- 3 cups
Preparation

1Fry wedge cut fries until crispy.

2To serve: Place 6oz wedge cut fries in serving plate. Pour 2 oz. Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy. Sprinkle with cheese.

3Place in preheated oven until cheese is melted.

4Garnish with scallions.
