Squid, Calamari rings, breaded, cooked, Gluten free, (1 cup) -- 5 oz

Peppers, sweet, red, raw, roasted, julienne (1 tbsp) -- 0.5 oz

Pickles, bread and butter, spicy, diced (1 tbsp) -- 0.5 oz

Stouffer's Alfredo Sauce Gluten Free (Pouch) 4 x 96 ounces, hot -- 0.33 cup

Parsley, fresh, chopped -- 0.5 tsp
Preparation

1Toss together the cooked calamari, peppers and pickles.

2Ladle Alfredo Sauce onto the plate. Top with calamari mix, and sprinkle with parsley.
