Chili and Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredients

Vegetable oil -- 2 Tbsp

Cooked chicken, sliced -- 2 1/4 lb

Chef-mate Hot Dog Chili Sauce with Beef 6 x 108 ounces -- 2 cup

Flour tortilla, 10" -- 42 oz

Trio Cheese Sauce 8 x 32 ounces, prepared -- 2 qt

Onion, thin sliced, sautéed -- 3 cup
Preparation

1In a sauce pot, heat oil. Add chicken and Hot Dog Chili Sauce. Heat and stir until well blended. Keep warm and set aside.

2Assembly for 1 quesadilla: Place tortilla on griddle and grill 30 seconds. Place 1/2 cup prepared Cheese Sauce on tortilla. Top with 4 oz. of chicken and chili mixture and 1/4 cup onions. Cover with second tortilla.

3Cook 1 minute. Turn over and cook an additional 2 minutes. Serve warm.
