Sesame Ginger Cucumber Salad
Ingredients

Cucumber, with peel, raw, 1 cup, julienne -- 4 oz

Red bell pepper, .5 cup, Julienne -- 2 oz

Carrots, raw, .5 cup, Julienne -- 2 oz

Scallions, 2 tbsp, sliced -- 0.25 oz

Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing , 1.5 tbsp -- 0.75 oz

Mint, fresh, 1 tsp, chiffonade -- 5 g

Basil, fresh, 1 tsp, chiffonade -- 5 g

Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw, 1 tsp, chiffonade -- 5 g
Preparation

1Toss first 4 ingredients together.

2Add dressing and toss until thoroughly coated.

3Just prior to serving toss salad with mint, basil, and cilantro.
