Pumpkin Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  • Egg, hard boiled -- 10 each
  • Libby’s Pumpkin Puree -- 1/2 cup
  • Dijon Mustard -- 2 Tbsp
  • Cayenne Pepper -- 1/4 tsp
  • White Balsamic Vinegar -- 1 Tbsp
  • Salt -- to taste
  • Pepper -- to taste
Preparation

    Cut eggs in half and remove egg yolks.

    Process egg yolks, Libby’s Pumpkin Puree, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, and white balsamic vinegar in a food processor until smooth and uniform.

    Pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
