Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

Chicken, cooked, cubed or shredded -- 2 cups

Hot pepper sauce -- ¾ cup

Cream cheese, room temperature -- 1 cup

Ranch dressing -- ½ cup

Chef-mate Basic Cheddar Sauce -- 2 ½ cups

Scallion, fresh, sliced, for garnish, optional -- ¼ cup

Celery and Carrot, cut into sticks, for serving, optional
Preparation

1Preheat oven to 400° F.

2In a large skillet, heat chicken and pepper sauce.

3Stir in cream cheese, ranch dressing, and basic cheddar sauce.

4Cook, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients have melted and form a homogenous mixture.

5Pour into 12 inch cast iron skillet or baking dish.

6Bake for 15 minutes.

7Top with scallion and serve with carrot and celery sticks.
