Cheesy Dippers
Ingredients

Mini hot dogs with flour coating (corn dogs), -- 7 oz. each 42 lb.

Trio® Cheese Sauce 8 x 32 ounces, prepared, hot -- 160 oz.
Preparation

1Preheat fryer to 350°F.

2Fry each order (12 pieces) of mini corndogs for 8-9 minutes, or until center reaches 165°F.

3Serve 2 oz. cheese sauce with each order of corn dogs.
NOTE:
Combine mini corndogs and cheese sauce with soft pretzels and potato wedges as part of an appetizer sampler.
