Country Fried Steak and Eggs
Ingredients

Water -- 4 fl.oz

Trio Southern Country Gravy Mix 8 x 13 ounces -- 2 tbsp

Country Fried, Beef sirloin steak, country fried -- 10 oz

Roasted Potatoes - prepared -- 4.5 oz

Egg, sunny side up or scrambled -- 4 each
Preparation

1Prepared Southern Country Gravy Mix per directions. Keep warm.

2Fry the steak in a deep fryer according to manufacturer’s directions.

3Remove from fryer, divide in half and place on plate with roasted potatoes and eggs made to order.

4Ladle 1-1/2 fl.oz of gravy on each half of the steak and garnish with chopped parsley.
