Hearty Nachos
Ingredients

Beef, ground -- 4 lb.

Salsa with green chiles-- 1 qt.

Tortilla chips -- 6 lb.

Chef-mate ¡Que Bueno! Mild Nacho Cheese Sauce -- 106 oz.

Jalapeños, canned, diced -- 4 each
Preparation

1Combine ground beef and salsa. Heat.

2Place 2 oz. chips on plate. Top with 2 oz. beef mixture. Ladle 2 oz. heated/warmed Mild Nacho Cheese Sauce over top. Add jalapeños.

3Garnish with sliced ripe olives, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions, if desired. Serve.
