Mixed green salad with Savory Mustard Dressing

Mayonnaise, 1 cup -- 8 oz

Dijon mustard, 1/2 cup -- 4 oz

Honey, 1 tbsp -- 0.5 oz

Olive oil, 1 tbsp -- 0.5 oz

Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces, 1 tbsp -- 0.5 oz

Black pepper, ground, 1/2 tsp -- 1 g

Mixed greens -- 1 lb

Watermelon, raw, 1 cup -- 4 oz

Melon, Cantaloupe, 1 cup -- 4 oz

Melon, Honeydew, 1 cup -- 4 oz

Peanuts, all types, raw, 1/4 cup -- 2 oz

Cheese, parmesan, grated -- 2 oz
Preparation

1Blend together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, olive oil, Maggi Seasoning and black pepper. Reserve.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, melons and peanuts. Add the dressing and toss to evenly coat.

3Divide into 8 serving plates and top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
