Mushroom & Sage Turkey Gravy
Ingredients

Vegetable oil -- 0.25 cup

Mushroom, white, quartered -- 3 cup

Shallot, minced -- 2 oz

Sage leaf, dried -- 1 tbsp

Parsley, fresh, chopped -- 2 tbsp

Water -- 32 oz

Minor's Turkey Gravy Concentrate (No Added MSG)* 6 x 13.6 ounces -- 13.6 oz
Preparation

1Heat oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add mushrooms, shallots and sage; sauté 3 minutes. Add parsley and mix well.

2Add Water. Heat to a rapid boil.

3Immediately add Turkey Gravy Concentrate, blending thoroughly with a wire whip until mixture is smooth. Allow 2-3 minutes to fully thicken.
