Pomegranate Chipotle Vinaigrette

Pomegranate molasses -- 1 cup

Pomegranate juice -- 8 fl.oz.

Balsamic vinegar -- 8 fl.oz.

Minor's Culinary Cream 2 x 5 pounds -- 2 oz.

Honey -- 1 oz.

Minor's Chipotle Flavor Concentrate 6 x 14.4 ounces -- 0.5 oz.

Vegetable oil -- 36 fl.oz.
Preparation

1Thoroughly blend together the pomegranate molasses, pomegranate juice, vinegar, Culinary Cream, honey and Chipotle Flavor Concentrate.

2Continue blending while slowly drizzling in the oil to form an emulsified vinaigrette. Season to taste.
