Ingredients

Potato, crisp wedge cut -- 60 oz

Chef-mate Chili Con Carne with Beans 6 x 106 ounces, warmed, 3 cups -- 20 oz

Cheddar cheese, shredded, 3 cups -- 15 oz
Preparation

1Fry wedge cut fries until crispy.

2To serve: Place 6 oz. wedge cut fries in serving plate. Pour 2 oz. Chef-mate Chili Con Carne with Beans. Sprinkle with cheese.

3Place in preheated oven until cheese is melted.

4Garnish with green onions.
