Pumpkin Deviled Eggs
Ingredients

Egg, hard boiled -- 10 each

Libby’s Pumpkin Puree -- 1/2 cup

Dijon Mustard -- 2 Tbsp

Cayenne Pepper -- 1/4 tsp

White Balsamic Vinegar -- 1 Tbsp

Salt -- to taste

Pepper -- to taste
Preparation

1Cut eggs in half and remove egg yolks.

2Process egg yolks, Libby’s Pumpkin Puree, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, and white balsamic vinegar in a food processor until smooth and uniform.

3Pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites.

4Garnish as desired.

5Serve chilled.
