  • Sweet Potato, crisp wedge cut -- 5 lbs
  • Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy, warmed -- 3 cups
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded -- 3 cups

    Fry wedge cut fries until crispy.

    To serve: Place 6oz wedge cut fries in serving plate. Pour 2 oz. Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy. Sprinkle with cheese.
