Ingredients
  • Pork, ground -- 2 lb
  • Eggs, whole, raw, fresh, beaten (3 each) -- 9 oz
  • Breadcrumbs, dried, (3 cups) -- 3 oz
  • Onion, raw, diced (1/2 cup) -- 2 oz
  • Cheese, Parmesan, shredded, (3/4 cup) -- 2.5 oz
  • Garlic, minced -- 1 Tbsp
  • Fennel seed, ground -- 1 tsp
  • Chile flakes, dry -- 1 tsp
  • Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces -- 1.33 Tbsp
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped (3/4 cup) -- 0.25 oz

    Preheat convection oven to 375°F.

    Combine the pork, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, cheese, garlic, fennel seed, chile flakes, Maggi Seasoning and parsley in a mixing bowl.

    Roll meatballs into 2-oz. portions.

    Roast meatballs in convection oven for 12-14 minutes or until fully cooked.
