Bacon, strips -- 8 oz

Onion, medium diced -- 1.5 cup

Stouffer's Spinach Artichoke Dip Gluten Free (Pouch) 4 x 64 ounces, defrosted -- 64 oz

All purpose flour -- 0.33 cup

Egg, whole -- 8 each

Nutmeg, ground -- 0.5 tsp

Romano cheese, shredded -- 4 oz

1In a cook pot, sauté bacon for 3-4 minutes or until brown. Add onions and sauté an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

2Add cold Spinach Artichoke Dip, flour, eggs and nutmeg. Mix well.

3Fill Spinach Artichoke Dip into a half size (4 inch deep) steam table pan or into individual dishes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
