Rice vinegar -- 16 fl.oz

Minor's Culinary Cream 2 x 5 pounds -- 2 oz

Vegetable oil -- 16 fl.oz
Preparation

1Thoroughly blend together the Sweet and Spicy Plum Sauce, rice vinegar and Culinary Cream.

2Continue to blend while slowly drizzling oil into the sauce to form emulsified vinaigrette. Season to taste.
