Ingredients
  • Vegetable oil -- 1 fl.oz
  • Turkey, ground -- 32 oz
  • Onions, yellow, small diced -- 2.5 oz
  • Peanuts, plain, chopped -- 3 oz
  • Lime juice, fresh -- 1 fl.oz
  • Cilantro, fresh, chopped -- 1.5 oz
  • Minor’s® Sweet Chili Sauce RTU 4 x 0.5 gallon -- 20 oz
  • Lettuce, Bibb, leaves, rinsed, patted dry -- 10 oz

    In a large sauté pan over medium high heat, cook turkey in oil until nicely browned and cooked through.

    Add onions and cook briefly. Add peanuts and lime juice and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and fold in cilantro and Sweet Chili Sauce.

    Portion 2 tbsp of turkey mixture into each lettuce cup. Serve 3 cups per order.
Note:

Ground pork or lamb may be used for a different flavor profile.
