Ingredients

Maggi Seasoning 6 x 27 fluid ounces --2 fl.oz.
Minor's Culinary Cream 2 x 5 pounds -- 1 tbsp.
Butter, unsalted, diced, cold -- 1 lb.

In a small sauce pot, whisk together the Maggi Seasoning and Culinary Cream.
