Use
Use for pasta but a white sauce is often the basis for Scalloped Potatoes and Au Gratin Potatoes. It can be used in Artichoke Chicken or Turkey Casserole, and a white sauce flavored with wine for a Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
RETHERMALIZER: Place pouch in boiling water; rotate several times during cooking. Carefully remove using tongs. If Frozen 0°F Cook 27-30 minutes; If Thawed 40°F or Less Cook 14-15 minutes.
LOW PRESSURE STEAMER 5-7lb PSI: Place pouch on a perforated steamtable pan. Carefully remove using tongs. If Frozen 0°F Cook 27-30 minutes; If Thawed 40° or Less Cook 14-15 minutes.
MICROWAVE OVEN (1100 watts): Pour 8 oz of thawed product into a microwave-safe container; cover loosely. Stir during cooking. If Thawed, cook 8 oz on High Power 1½-2 minutes.
