Broccoli Pineapple Slaw

Yogurt, Greek Style, Light -- 8 oz.

Rice vinegar -- 1 fl.oz.

Agave, nectar -- 1 oz.

Minor's Fire Roasted Poblano Flavor Concentrate Gluten Free 6 x 13.6 ounces -- 2 tsp.

Broccoli Slaw, pre-packaged -- 24 oz.

Scallions, thin sliced -- 1 oz.

Pineapple, fresh, medium diced 11 oz
Preparation

1In a large bowl, combine yogurt, vinegar, agave syrup and Fire Roasted Jalapeño Flavor Concentrate. Stir until well blended.

2Add broccoli slaw, scallions and pineapple; toss to coat.

3Keep refrigerated until use.
